LÚMARA™ Mobile Messaging Terms

Welcome to LÚMARA™.

These Mobile Messaging Terms (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in LÚMARA™’s SMS and mobile messaging program (the “Messaging Program”). By providing your mobile number and expressly consenting to receive text messages from LÚMARA™, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

1. The LÚMARA™ Messaging Program

The LÚMARA™ Messaging Program allows customers and subscribers to receive text messages from LÚMARA Naturel LLC (“LÚMARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at the mobile number they provide.

Depending on your selections and interactions with LÚMARA™, messages may include:

• Product announcements and availability

• Early access to launches or collections

4. How to Stop Messages

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To stop receiving LÚMARA™ marketing text messages, reply STOP to any LÚMARA™ message.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming that your request has been processed. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

These Mobile Terms are governed by applicable federal and state laws of the United States, without limiting any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

Nothing in these Mobile Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
